Applicant Quick Invite



Our dynamic applicant portal - Applicant Quick Invite (AQI) allows you to invite applicants through email to enter their own information, sign consent for a background check, complete paperwork and schedule their drug test! The system is browser-based and designed to work great on desktop, tablet or smart phone.

I-9 and E-Verify


(DHS) is temporarily allowing I-9 forms to be completed without in-person inspection of the documents for 60 days, or until three days after the national emergency declaration is revoked (whichever is earlier). Our system has been updated to reflect this option.

Drug Testing

Use NATSB's platform to schedule a drug screen in minutes with a fully online workflow from order to results. Our system creates an electronic chain-of-custody form that can be emailed or texted to your applicant or employee. Your applicant takes the digital version of the chain-of-custody form (typically on their phone) to the collection site for the collection service. Results are made available on NATSB's platform
