For your security, user management for NATSB account is done inside SHARP after you log in.

 

How to add or remove a user:

1. Log into your account at orders.natsb.com

2. Click My Account in the top menu

3. Click the + beside Account Management

4. Use the Add User or Remove User Link on that page

 

After adding a new user, they will receive a User Agreement email that must be signed before they can access the system. We recommend asking new users to watch for that email and complete it promptly.
