LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
NATSB and its employees do not engage in bribery or other fraudulent activity. It is expressly forbidden to bribe or use any other fraudulent activity to obtain preferential treatment from a public official.
NATSB’s policy is to send the required FCRA notices, including Notice to users of Consumer Reports, Obligations of Users under the FCRA, A summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Remedying the Effects of identity Theft to every client. Our procedure is to include these notices with the new client start up materials and clients are not granted access to reports until after they have received these notices and acknowledged receipt.
CERTIFICATION FROM CLIENT AND CLIENT LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
NATSB requires its User Agreement to be signed by an authorized representative of the client prior to client being given access to request or receive any consumer reports from NATSB. The User Agreement is checked to insure no modifications have been made by the client. If modifications have been made, the agreement is forwarded to the Compliance Manager for review and client will not be granted ordering or receiving privileges until approval, but under no circumstances will any changes to FCRA, Federal or State Law revisions be accepted.
