Todd is the Founder and President of National Screening Bureau (NATSB). He is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), the Apartment Association of Greater Wichita (AAGW) and serves on the board of the Kansas State chapter of SHRM. Todd speaks to a wide variety of audiences, including SHRM groups, on the subject of background screening, drug-free workplace programs and their impact on employers.
Dan is a husband, father, ten-year veteran of law enforcement, certified expert in drug influence and recognition, experienced hostage negotiator, mental health advocate, and adult education specialist. Oblinger uses his exotic experiences and high-energy humor to inform and entertain a wide variety of audiences.
ANITA BUCHANAN, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Anita has more than 25 years of professional experience in communications and human resources including employment at both for-profit and non-profit companies. She is a passionate believer in helping companies with right-fit hiring processes, and provides effective tools for companies to use for blue-ribbon employee and management development practices. In addition, she specializes in helping small businesses with human resource compliance practices.
Edward recently moved to NATSB as sales and a member of the Speakers Bureau. In 2011 and 2012 out of 40,000 contestants worldwide, Edward was a Semi-finalist in Toastmaster’s International World Championship of Public Speaking. He has presented to groups ranging from The Wichita Chamber Of Commerce to Lions Club International State Convention.
Edward teaches inspiration and motivation with his most popular program being Reefer Madness: A guide to Marijuana in the workplace.
