Every applicant that has passed the screening process will have
a photo id badge indicating that they are “Safe-Guarded”
Your clients will also be able to call our office to verify the
applicant has truly been through the program if they desire.
Requirements:
CHURCHES / SCHOOLS NONPROFITS – VOLUNTEERS
- Screen all employees who will have contact with customers
or access to their private information.
- Re-screen those employees every other year.
- On-going training and supervision by staff
CORPORATE BUSINESSES / NONPROFIT EMPLOYEES
- Screen all employees who will have contact with customers
or access to their private information.
- Re-screen those employees yearly.
- Drug test all new hires
- Have a Drug Testing program in place which includes random
testing of a minimum of 25% of those employees yearly.
